Olupljen in na kose narezan krompir skuhamo v slanem kropu.<\/p>\n<p>Na olju prepra\u017eimo sesekljano \u010debulo, da postekleni, oddamo naribane bu\u010dke in zalijemo s podmetom (naredimo ga iz \u017elice moke in vode).<\/p>\n<p>Dodamo kuhan krompir, zalijemo in pustimo vreti 15 min. juho zme\u0161amo nato s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom, dodamo zeli\u0161\u010da (peter\u0161ilj, baziliko, poper, ..)<\/p>\n<p>Juho razdelimo po kro\u017eniku, na sredo damo \u017elico kisle smetane in jo okrasimo z vejicami peter\u0161ilja. Zraven lahko ponudimo tudi pope\u010dene kruhke.<\/p>\n<p>Pope\u010deni kruhki: na kockice nare\u017eemo kruh in ga popra\u017eimo na maslu.<\/p>\n<p>Ali: spe\u010demo pala\u010dinke, jih nare\u017eemo na tanke rezance in ponudimo k juhi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">FRANCOSKA SOLATA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>potrebujemo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 srednje velika krompirja narezana na kocke<\/li>\n<li>3 trdo kuhana jajca, narezanih na kocke<\/li>\n<li>2 kuhana korena, narezani na kocke<\/li>\n<li>1 skodela kuhanega graha<\/li>\n<li>3 kisle kumarice, narezane na kocke<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017elica limoninega soka<\/li>\n<li>3 \u017elici majoneze<\/li>\n<li>sol in\u00a0 poper po okusu<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dka gor\u010dice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprava: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Narezano zelenjavo vlo\u017eimo v solatno skledo, dodamo limonin sok, sol, poper in olje. Vse preme\u0161amo, dodamo gor\u010dico in majonezo in \u0161e enkrat preme\u0161amo. Solato lahko okrasimo s peter\u0161iljem, kre\u0161o, redkvicami, kislimi kumaricami ali olivami. Z njo lahko nadevamo izdolbene paradi\u017enike, rezine \u0161unke ali salame, princeskine krofe, ki jih naredimo po navodilu na ovitku. Tekne pa seveda tudi kot priloga k zrezkom, klobasam\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PE\u010cENE HRENOVKE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>hrenovke nare\u017eemo in jih na ponvi spe\u010demo. ponudimo \u0161e tople.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">HITRO PECIVO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>potrebujemo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 jajca<\/li>\n<li>120 g sladkorja<\/li>\n<li>150 g moke Sadje po okusu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprava: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jajca najprej DOBRO penasto zme\u0161amo (me\u0161alnikom). Nato dodamo sladkor in \u0161e enkrat pome\u0161amo. Na koncu dodamo \u0161e moko; tokrat pa me\u0161amo zelo previdno in po\u010dasi, da nam masa \u00bbne pade dol\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Zmes nato vlijemo v nama\u0161\u010den peka\u010d. Na koncu lahko dodamo \u0161e na ko\u0161\u010dke narezano sadje.<\/p>\n<p>Vse skupaj damo v ogreto pe\u010dico in pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno 20 min pri 180 0 C.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ZELENJAVNA JUHA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Za 4 porcije potrebujemo: razli\u010dna vrsta zelenjave<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g cveta\u010de,<\/li>\n<li>40 g graha,<\/li>\n<li>100 g zelene kolerabice,<\/li>\n<li>40 g korenja,<\/li>\n<li>160 g krompirja,<\/li>\n<li>1 l nemastne kostne juhe ali 1 ju\u0161na kocka raztopljena v vodi<\/li>\n<li>listi\u010d lu\u0161treka ali zelene,<\/li>\n<li>3 g soli,<\/li>\n<li>zelen peter\u0161ilj.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Razlo\u010dno zelenjavo najprej operemo, o\u010distimo in nare\u017eemo na enakomerne kocke lahko jo tudi naribamo.<\/p>\n<p>Narezano zelenjavo kuhamo v vodi, ki smo ji dodali ju\u0161no kocko, listi\u010d lu\u0161treka ali zelene. Kasneje dodamo \u0161e na kocke (zelo drobno) narezan krompir. Ko je vse mehko, lahko juho zmiksamo s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom. Juhi izbolj\u0161amo okus s sesekljanim peter\u0161iljem.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ZDROBOVI CMOKI<\/span><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Potrebujemo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 jajce<\/li>\n<li>3 \u017elice p\u0161eni\u010dnega zdroba (oz. 3 \u017elice zdroba na 1 jajce)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jajce in zdrob dobro zme\u0161amo in pustimo v hladilniku vsaj 30 minut, preden cmoke zakuhamo. Po 30 minutah vzamemo zmes iz hladilnika in z \u017elico oblikujemo cmoke, katere zakuhamo v juhi (cca. 5 minut in nato pustimo pokrite \u0161e vsaj 10 minut).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Osnovno vle\u010deno testo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Potrebujemo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>35 dag moke<\/p>\n<p>2 \u017elici olja<\/p>\n<p>1 jajce<\/p>\n<p>1 \u017elic kisa<\/p>\n<p>1,5 dcl mla\u010dne vode<\/p>\n<p>so<strong>l<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprava: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moko presejemo v skledo in naredimo jamico. Na sredino ubijemo jajce in dolijemo olje. Vodo zme\u0161amo s kisom in soljo. Iz vseh sestavin zamesimo testo. Pustimo, da po\u010diva najmanj eno uro, nato ga razvle\u010demo in nama\u017eemo s poljubnim nadevom.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">BU\u010cKIN\u00a0 \u00bb\u0160TRUDL\u00ab<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>potrebujemo<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 srednje veliko bu\u010dko<\/li>\n<li>Sladkor<\/li>\n<li>Cimet<\/li>\n<li>Rozine<\/li>\n<li>200 g skute<\/li>\n<li>3 \u017elice kisle smetane<\/li>\n<li>2 jajci<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu\u010dke\u00a0 olupimo, operemo in naribamo. Nato jih dobro o\u017eamemo.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Nadev<\/span>: v posodi zme\u0161amo skuto, 1 jajce in kislo smetano.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Namaz<\/span> : jajce dobro pre\u017evrkljamo. Z njim na koncu nama\u017eemo zavitek.<\/p>\n<p>Testo dobro razvle\u010demo. Nadevamo \u00a0ga z bu\u010dkami, \u00a0skutinim nadevom, dodamo sladkor, rozine in cimet . Testo nato zavijemo in polo\u017eimo v peka\u010d. Dobro \u00a0ga\u00bbprepikamo\u00ab z vilicami in nato prema\u017eemo z jajcem.
